Restoration and Insulation of Lavatories
NSG-PADAB, NSG-Z90, NSG-P100 are used for the restoration and insulation of the tiled lavatories.
NSG-PADAB is a restorative and sealing milky paste that is used for seams, cracks and tile pointings, etc.
Restoration and Insulation Procedure of Lavatories
First, thoroughly clean the blacked, hollowed and vacant pointing mortar with a metal brush or wire wool. Massage the tube by hand for about two minutes to homogenize the two-phased sealant. Inject the paste in the cracks and pointing areas and then level it with your finger or pointing spatula and let it dry. After about 2 to 5 minutes, wipe the unintentionally smeared areas with the paste so that it only remains in the cracks and the pointing areas.
The surplus of the paste can hardly be wiped off if it is not done at the appropriate time. This product dries completely after 7-12 hours depending on the ambient temperature. Do this procedure when you do not need the place for up to 12 hours, if possible.
If the pointing area is completely destroyed or demolished, evacuate and clean the area thoroughly with a spatula or an angle grinder and then apply the NSG-Z90.
First, blend NSG-Z90 with water and apply it in the cracks and pointing areas with the brush two times (after the drying time of the first coat). After this step, fill the cracks and pointing areas with NSG-PADAB and then use the 1:1 mixture of NSG-Z90 and water with the brush two times (after the drying time of the first coat). The NSG-Z90 is a 100% milky sealant that becomes completely colorless after use. Because the products are based on nanomaterials, they are able to penetrate the structures and do the sealing in this way.
These products are anti-fouling, anti-algae, and anti-bacterial. In addition, they are resistant to acid and alkaline materials and will not be destroyed by being washed with these materials. In this way, the surface of the pointing areas will be impermeable like the surface of the tiles. In other words, these products do not allow water to penetrate into the pointing areas and the back of the tile. Therefore, the lavatory is sealed without destruction and lasts until the structure is destroyed.
By this procedure, it is possible to insulate the lavatory easily at your place of residence with low costs and no disruption to your living environment and labor costs.
For sealing and insulating the older buildings use NSG-P100. Like the NSG-Z90, NSG-P100 is reliable sealant, except that it becomes hard and lacquered after application and it is blended with water at a ratio of one to five.
