Nano adhesive and N50 hardening is a milky liquid with simultaneous water-proofing and hardening properties, which becomes completely colorless after use on the surface or in concrete and mortar.

This material, which is based on acrylic resins and made using nanotechnology, can be combined in concrete and any type of cement mortar.

N50 withstands temperatures of -75 to +350 degrees Celsius and is environmentally friendly. It is highly resistant to detergents, UV rays and CO2 gas. It is fragrant, anti-moss, algae and bacterial and does not allow the growth and accumulation of these substances on the surface.

Advantages of nano-adhesive and hardening (brand N50)

Increase the tensile and flexural strength of cement and concrete structures, act as concrete antifreeze by increasing the hydration speed and reducing the hardening time, increase the amount of convergence, increase bonding and adhesion of concrete components and a variety of materials (even iron and wood), Increase density and permeability of concrete (production of the sealing concrete), increase dramatically resistance to abrasion and traffic, provide structural respiration, act as a midsection in all types of mortar and concrete (with any thickness), can be used in drinking water tanks with the approval of the licensed laboratories of the Ministry of Health.

With N50 there is no thickness limitation. It is practically applicable in any thickness.

Due to its strength in hardening and its ability to increase tensile and flexural strength N50 is the most applied in the construction, restoration, and concrete placing of the structures.

Preparation of nano-adhesive application site and retrofitting (brand N50)

Make sure that the final surface is firm, does not settle and that there are no surface or deep cracks in the substructure layer.

Clean the surface of the structure from any contamination (grease, dust of petroleum products such as mold oil and oil paints, old coatings, etc.) and cure the concrete or mortar surface beforehand using the spray method.

A.Repair Mortar and Grout

Mix one unit of N50 with two units of water in a clean container and use it to make the grout (please note that the most suitable dry mix for the repair mortar and grout is one unit of cement + two units of sifted rock powder (micronized silica).

B.Cementation Mortar

Mix one unit of N50 with five units of water in a clean container and use it to make the cementation mortar (please note that the most suitable dry mix for the cementation mortar is one unit of cement + 5 units of double washed sand (soil-free).

C.Concrete placing

Mixing in the mixer truck should be done for 10 minutes at least at fast speed.

Nano adhesive consumption and retrofitting (brand N50)

For each cubic meter of concrete (with the concrete content of 350 Kg): 7 Liters

For each square meter of mortar (with the thickness of 1 cm): 250 cc

Approximate combined amount of nano-adhesive and hardening (brand N50)

In concreting: between 1% to 2% by weight of cement or the ratio of one N50 unit to twenty water units.

In the implementation of cement mortar and plaster: one unit N50 + five units of water

In the implementation of repair mortar and injection grout: one unit N50 + two units of water

In order to protect the product for a long time, keep it clean and free of any additives (even water) and close the lid of the container (In accordance with storage condition).
